Domestic Shipping Policy
- Shipment processing time
- Unless otherwise noted, orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of being placed. Delivery time varies by location and time of year. We appreciate your patience around the holiday season, as delivery times can be delayed slightly.
- Shipping rates & delivery estimates
- Shipping is based on the weight and dimensions of your items. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Most items are delivered within the continental U.S. within 1 week.
- Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- We typically can deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. If there are certain considerations that need to be made on these deliveries, please add a note at checkout.
- Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS when your order is fulfilled. Most orders will ship with a tracking number, which you will receive at this time. If you have lost your tracking number, please reach out via our contact page.
- If your item is somehow damaged in transit, please reach out via our contact page. We’ll accept a return on any product that arrives damaged or defective.
