What consumes 2 pounds of grass a day, hums often, and gives the best hugs? Alpaca of course! Though it's been rumored that Hippy Feet Co-Founder Michael Mader shares some of these same tendencies... Introducing our most luxurious socks yet, the Mader’s Alpaca Crews. These socks are made from alpaca fleece, which is as soft as cashmere, yet both stronger and warmer than wool. These socks are cloud-like: lightweight, fluffy, airy, and itch free (unlike traditional wool). No alpacas were harmed in the making of your new favorite socks. 

As always, every pair comes packaged by a young person experiencing homelessness.
