Refund policy

There is nothing we want more than for you to love your socks. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase from our website, we will accept returns or size exchanges within 30 days of delivery if the product is in its original condition. To initiate a return, please email info@hippyfeet.com or visit this link. Refund/exchange policy does not apply to custom socks.

Please note, we cannot accept returns/cancellations on Sock of the Month subscriptions that chose to pay in full once the first month's socks ship.
